ENGAGE

Building Funding
Funding is available for churches who wish to invest in materials for residential rebuild/repair. Forms are available by contacting Anna Glass at 850-785-3115
School Partnerships:
We believe that a healthy pursuit of our vision involves community partnerships. One way of better connecting with our communities is through school partnerships. If you are interested in being a part of this connection, you may contact Lynn Phillips at lphillips@emeraldcoastfellowship.com .
People Groups:
We believe that a healthy pursuit of our vision involves connecting with people groups. To increase sensitivity in connecting and identifying with local people groups as well as to deepen our passion for being the hands and feet of Jesus to others, we have voted to adopt the "M" People Group of Brazil.   Contact Troy Varnum at troy@nwcbap.org for more information.

If you are interested in helping to connect with our Hispanic population,  contact Troy Varnum @ troy@nwcbap.org.
Collide:
The NWCBA has a rich history of work with students on our local college campuses. This ministry is now known as Collide. Contact Alex Gentili agentili@emeraldcoastfellowship.com   for additional information. Collide meets every Thursday, 7:00 p.m. in the Emerald Coast Fellowship Sanctuary.
Florida Baptist Children’s Homes  - One More Child
NWCBA has a partnership with FBCH and has a representative at our office. For information regarding the ministries of the FBCH, contact Katie Dollar Family Support Counselor at katie.dollar@onemorechild.org
Demographics:
Understanding where we live is so important in engaging one’s community. We can help our network’s partners in the understanding. For a demographic consultation, contact Troy Varnum  at troy@nwcbap.org
Builders for Christ:
This is a national ministry that helps churches across the US construct church sites with volunteer labor. If you are interested, contact Frank Sheets at frsheets@hotmail.com.

Disaster Relief (DR):
The NWCBA is greatly involved in the ministry of engaging people in difficult circumstances. Volunteers in this ministry need to go through training in order to receive necessary credentials.

Every volunteer must have a background check. Please see the Florida Baptist Disaster Relief web page at  www.flbaptistdisaster.org for the details.

If you are interested contact phyllisp@nwcbap.org
Seafarers:
Ken Kraich, Director of the Fishers Of Men Seaport Ministry will serve as Director of the local Seaport Ministry.   Ken serves at the port in Alabama,  Since the two ports serve the same ships, Ken knows about our port, the ships coming, and knows how to minister to the crew working on each ship.

The goal of this  ministry is to continue to operate at local ports,  and engage international crews while their freight ships are in the Panama City area. For more information, contact Ken Kraich at 251-233-6221.

Resort/Community Ministries:
We have  resources available  to help you find your place of engagement with our community. For more information contact Phyllis Poland at phyllisp@nwcbap.org .
